At 54, Gregg Wallace amazes fans with his six-pack. How did the Celebrity MasterChef Judge manage to achieve this?
Gregg Wallace is known to many for his role as a presenter and judge on BBC’s Celebrity MasterChef and MasterChef. A few days ago, Gregg shared a photo of the six-pack that he’s currently working on. On the picture that Gregg shared on his Instagram account where he has 32.4k followers, he can be seen posing shirtless on the mirror. The caption read: “Getting there.” Not long after Gregg shared the image, his followers rushed to leave comments on his post, praising him for the significant change in his shape.
“You look fitter than me already mate, I am half of your age,” said one of his followers.
“Massive transformation, mate,” said another.
Some of the comments were inquiries about his diet and workout regime.
“Are you doing just weights, or a mix of weights and cardio @greggawallace? Looking strong,” asked a curious fan.
On his Instagram stories, Gregg disclosed that he currently weighs 181 lbs., and has 18% body fat.
Over the last few years, the father-of-three shed off an astonishing three stones from his weight after adopting a healthier lifestyle.
Gregg revealed that the secret to his transformation is eating healthier varieties of his favorite meals. It means having curry or stew with lesser fat and more meat and low-calorie vegetables. He has also been exercising more frequently. In a video he posted on Twitter, Gregg shared the weight-lifting routine he does to keep himself in shape, which includes lifting a barbell weighing 130kg.
