Susanna made it known to viewers of Good Morning Britain back in 2018 that she had shed 14lbs
Susanna Reid’s weight loss was achieved on account of her abstention from drinking throughout September 2018, and her figure seems to have become fabulous as a result. She has since, been forthcoming about her diet plan. She informed a fellow ITV host, Lorraine Kelly of her, weight loss. It can creep up without you noticing and what I did was cut out snacking.
“I found waking up so early in the morning, and you’re in a sort of energy deficit, and all your body can think of is to have toast and biscuits, have calories.
“And you can pile it on quickly.”
She disclosed to Prima Magazine earlier this year saying: “I feel fantastic
“It turned out I was at the upper end of my BMI and, i have to admit I’d been feeling a little heavy for a while.”
” I’ve lost a stone-and-a-half since then, and I feel fantastic,” she added.
