Drinking This Juice Before Breakfast Helps Burn Fat

Most weight loss diet plans include a healthy breakfast to give you the energy you need throughout the day. Experts claim there is one drink that can help you slim down faster. 

 A nutritious breakfast can come in many forms. 

But according to experts, there is one drink that you should drink before this important meal to make sure you burn fat. 

Experts claim that this drink reduces your cravings and lessens your level of insulin, which boosts your ability to burn fats. 

To make this early morning drink, put a slice of grapefruit in a cup of warm water.  

Grapefruit is proven to contain a high amount of nutrition.

Not only does it cleanse the body, but it is also confirmed to aid in fat-burning. 

According to Nutritionist Rick Hay, drinking warm water with a slice of grapefruit or lemon before eating breakfast cleanses the body and reinvigorates the lymphatic system. 

Christine Bailey, also an expert, said that grapefruits are filled with water and soluble fibre that fills up the stomach and control your cravings. 

Bailey said grapefruits also lessen our insulin levels, which helps prevent your body from storing fat. 

Researchers from the University of California discovered the benefits of citrus fruits to weight loss. 

The research published in Plos One gave the same high-diet to mice, but the ones who were given grapefruit juice gained lesser weight than those who were given water. 

 Meanwhile, experts say to avoid orange juice for breakfast because of its high sugar content. 

Isabel Smith, a registered dietician, recommends vegetable juice or freshly-squeezed, cold-pressed, or high-pressured pasteurized juice because they are more nutritious and contain less sugar. 

The keto diet, a popular diet plan nowadays, is made up of 60-75% fat, 15-30% protein, and 5-10% carbs.
